Who We Are

Allied Employers is recognized as a leading labor and employment relations firm in the Pacific Northwest. Many of the region’s unionized employers, both large and small, use Allied as their labor relations representative because we specialize in and devote our practice to this area of the law. We have offices in Kirkland, Washington and Portland, Oregon and represent our clients throughout the northwest and in neighboring western states.

How We Work

Our clients pay dues based on the size of their workforce to cover their share of our overhead expenses. Because we don’t have the extraneous expenses of most law firms, and we don’t have a profit margin, our clients pay only for the services they receive.

When a client calls one of our staff attorneys with a question or problem, we don’t assign an associate to write a lengthy legal memo — we answer the question in a practical manner. We help the client understand the legal issues and help them think through the problem and strategize about the best approach to resolve the issue.

Our clients can pick up the phone and speak with one of our staff attorneys about any issue (no matter how big or small) at any time and there is no extra charge.
