EXPERIENCE
Matt joined Allied in 2010 after working for a Seattle Law Firm that represented Public Safety unions (Police, Fire, Dispatch) during and after law school. Prior to law school, Matt spent nearly five years in the field of Human Resources working for multi-national corporations in the high-tech and retail sectors. His current practice involves grievance arbitration, dispute resolution, and labor and employment law counseling. Matt is currently licensed to practice law in Washington State, is a certified Human Resource Professional (PHR), has worked in retail store management, and served as an extern to a King County (Washington) Superior Court Judge.
