EXPERIENCE
Scott has been involved in all aspects of labor and employment law since joining Allied in 1995. Scott regularly serves as chief spokesperson for various employer members in negotiations, handles key arbitration cases, and advises our members on a wide variety of labor issues. Scott also serves as an employer trustee on a number of Taft-Hartley pension and health and welfare plans.
